A new version of CRISPRCasFinder has been used to construct the last release of CRISPRCasdb. New HMM profiles were added into MacSyFinder to identified a few additional subtypes. Some profiles were not included as they identified large quantities of non-specific cas genes.

CRISPRCasFinder : multifasta are now limited to 100 sequences per submission (10000 before). The 10000 limit was too high for our server and degraded the quality of our services. Thanks for your understanding.
